OPPORTUNITY FOR DANISH TECHNOLOGY & DESIGN PROVIDERS IN A STATE-OF-THE ART DANISH 7-STARS HOTEL PROJECT IN SPAIN
The Danish-owned company Bahia Fenicia is building a 7-star hotel project in Almuñecar (Andalucia) in a paradise area of more than 13.000 m2. The project supposes an investment sum of around 230 million euro and will create 600 permanent jobs in the region. One of the highlights of the project is the aim to become a show case for sustainability and contribute to set a new standard in the construction and operation of high end hotels.
The promoters of this project are thus interested in establishing contact with Danish providers of state of the art technology solutions in the fields of building techniques and materials, water and waste management, renewable energies and energy efficiency, together with any other green economy related services or products.
Bahia Fenicia wants to achieve collaboration agreements with selected Danish companies, which will enjoy the status as preferred technology providers, and will benefit from being part of the first 7-stars luxury hotel in Europe and the corresponding industry recognition and media exposure.
The 7-star hotel will also give opportunities to companies within interior and design, as a showcase for Danish design in all aspects.
